Grand Central Terminal

Grand Central Terminal

Project Overview

Lawrence Lowy Associates is proud to provide reliable heat and hot water to New York City’s most iconic train station, Grand Central Terminal.  Between the early to mid 1990’s, Lawrence Lowy Associates furnished several Patterson-Kelley heat exchangers, some for converting steam to hydronic heat and others for producing domestic hot water.  Several of the Patterson-Kelley COMPACT water heaters installed at Grand Central Terminal are horizontal configurations, allowing for installations underneath existing steam and hot water piping.  Learn more about Patterson-Kelley COMPACT water heaters.
